A Real Estate Broker for ten years, Broker-In-Charge for nine, and with 15+ prior years assessing private real estate portfolios, I assist buyers and sellers with all of their real estate needs easing them through the transaction process with the least stress and greatest care. My experience with real estate investments means I earn a client’s trust based on solid skills and expertise, knowledge not just of local neighborhoods and marketing strategies that work, but on knowledge of broader economic trends.

With two teams to serve REO Clients and Relocation Clients, we have the professional staff, training and discipline to get the deal done including the builders, remodelers, and trade contractors on call to protect your investment and help make your property competitive in today's market. For bank REOs, my network of remodel and repair vendors means bids are ready in under 48 hours and an occupancy check within 24 hours.

On the buyer side, I much enjoy instructing out of town clients in the lay of the land and the attractions and neighborhoods responsible for ratings that put the Triangle in one of the top ten places to live. My Green certifications enable me to educate buyers in green strategies to save on energy bills and reduce our carbon footprint, as well as advise them on properties that are good candidates for a green retrofit – these are often bank REOs (foreclosures now owned by the lender and offered for resale).

In 2012, I became the Regional Managing Broker for the Triangle office of Allison James Estates & Homes, a national 100% commission firm. Committed to my community, I am a Director of Special Projects for Women's Power Networking, a member of the US Green Building Council and Green HomeBuilders of the Triangle, a volunteer for the St. Baldrick’s Foundation for childhood cancer research, and the Wake County SPCA No-Kill Shelter initiative.  I also write for the Communications Corner of the national Allison James Estates and Homes Newsletter.
